Meet Craig Barnard, one of the Position Property Sales Associates who’s the friendly face you’ll meet during your buying journey with Pradella.  

With a love of West End coffee and unlocking hidden gems in the local neighbourhood, we sat down with Craig to understand his passion for property and making buyers home ownership dreams a reality.

 

What does a typical day in your role look like? 

No day is the same, but I’m normally reaching out to potential buyers and existing buyers, helping them secure their preferred apartment to suit their lifestyle needs. I also am involved in social media creation, ensuring our buyers are up to date on all property related topics, trends and insight. 

What do you love most about your job? 

I love working through people’s needs and helping them find the property that suits them best.  I’m very passionate about helping people find their future homes or investment properties. I am often helping people plan that next transition in their life or taking their first step into the property and or investment world. 

What is your favourite part of Pradella’s The Lanes project? 

For me, a standout element of this project is the consideration that has gone into the plans, the different stages and how each apartment will interact with one another. Pradella builds for owner occupiers and that’s evident in the functionality of the designs and the little features and attention to detail that make it more like a home. Some examples are the feature shelf under each bathroom sink and cabinetry for your towels, essentially freeing up space in your linen cupboards. 

What’s your top 5 things buyers should know about The Lanes?

Where’s your favourite place in West End for coffee? 

Cheeky Bean is the first coffee shop to gain my loyalty and is located in Montague Markets! All the staff are really friendly and take the time to get to know you and learn your ‘usuals’. Owners John and Kathy are great genuine people. 

Where’s your favourite place to dine out in West End? 

Table 26 located on the corner of Duncan St and Rogers St – also located in another Pradella Development, Gardens!  

Any West End secret gems you can share? 

Cordeaux Social Club is my go-to place for lunch and some would say hidden gem near the end of Montague Road, past the Montague Markets.
