Construction moves full steam ahead at The Lanes

a bird's eye view of construction progress at The Lanes in West End.

Pradella is delighted to share some exciting updates on the progress of the first stage of The Lanes West End – Wave Residences, as construction moves full steam ahead.

Over the past three months, we’ve enjoyed plenty of sunny days, allowing our dedicated workforce of up to 100 workers per day, to make significant strides. In partnership with our building arm, RCC Builders, the bulk excavation of stages one and two is complete, setting a solid foundation for the entire development. Additionally, the large inground stormwater tanks, which will serve all three residential towers, are now fully installed.

We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone for Tower One: the complex podium, mezzanine, and the suspended slabs for Levels One and Two are now finished. We’re on track to pour the slabs for Level Three and part of Level Four very soon. Essential services infrastructure within the mezzanine, including the main switchboard, fire pumps, and water pumps, are also installed. The precast balustrade and wall panels have arrived on-site and are being installed on all floor levels. All site procurement remains on track, including critical components like precast concrete wall panels, balustrades, windows, passenger lifts, and tile supplies. Basement services installation works are progressing well, with significant advancements in fire sprinklers, fire detection systems, lighting and general power.

Looking ahead, the tower structure will continue to develop steadily, ensuring a consistent and reliable pace toward completion.

We’re thrilled to see Wave Residences taking shape and can’t wait to welcome you to your new home in mid-2025*.

The Lanes is set to deliver an unparalleled standard of opulent living and an enviable lifestyle, featuring exceptional resort-style amenities exclusively crafted for all our future residents.

Stay tuned for more construction updates in the coming months.

*Anticipated completion subject to building and weather contingencies and certification.
